It is Thursday and you may be feeling a little sore from yesterday's workout because you pushed yourself to a new level. That is fine since you are use to working hard. You also know about having a quality breakfast and today we will look at having a quality lunch. Take a look at some of these options and add them into your menu if you haven't already.

Sesame Chicken Slaw Salad

Baked Chicken Chalupas

Cuban Panini

Sweet Potato Lentil Stew

Turkey Lunch Box Wraps

Beefy Cabbage Bean Stew

Asian Barbecue Chicken Slaw

Loaded Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Salmon Spinach Avocado Salad

Hot Turkey and Feta Sandwich

Be creative with your lunch meals. Always choose the best quality nutrients to add in your preparation. The more you use quality nutrients the better your health will be. Avoid heavy condiments since they have low nutritional value. Be mindful of how much you eat at lunch and how you feel.

Heavy lunches tend to take a lot of energy to digest and you will most like feel sleepy or groggy afterwards. You still want to have your creative ability, sharpness, and leadership skills for the remainder of your work day.

Make it a fantastic day!
