Happy Thursday!
Greetings, I have a few questions for you. So, where do you go when adversity shows up in your life? Do you stand your ground or run and hide? What is your go to method to overcome it? I have faced some adversity over my life and I am sure more will come this week. Did you know that it is a part of life? Stop and think about this, what if everything just worked out every time? How would you learn something new? How would you find the resilience to continue on your journey if there was not some type of opposition?
The definition of adversity is a state or instance of serious or continued difficulty or misfortune.
It can be difficult to overcome in certain situations and it takes you having a great reason "why" you want to complete something in your life. Let's use exercise as an example. You have been working hard towards your goals and one day your knee gives out. You can barely walk and go to see your Dr. Your Dr. says that you have arthritis in your knee and you are going to have to cut all activity that puts stress on that knee. What do you do?
Well, my answer to this is continuing to exercise by modifying the stress that I put on my knee. I find out if there are particular exercises that are going to put more pressure on my knee and find an alternative. If my goal is to transform my body and I have been getting results, I do not want to lose all my success by giving up. My reason "why" will help me seek out help to find a program that will still give me success even if I have to sacrifice something to get there.

As you go through today, look at some of the adversity that if around you and determine in your mind that you will not run and hide. Decide that you will stand your ground and find a way to succeed. You are worth it, right?
Make IT a FANTASTIC Day!
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. - James 1: 2-4 KJV
