We are almost halfway through September and time is moving forward. If you were to give yourself a performance review, where would you rate yourself? It is normal for us to get a review at work to give us feedback on how we are doing in our jobs. Usually, you want the best review possible so that you get recognition or maybe a bonus, and promotion. So, how about a performance review on your year so far? Do you think taking a hard look at what you have completed so far is important? I think it is very important because it helps you identify your strengths and the areas that need improvement.
