Just as you had to plan for the time change, you have to plan to be productive.
Welcome to Monday, the day you go forward in your journey of success. Hopefully, you have taken my advice from previous writings about planning your days. You should have a clear structure of what you need to get accomplished today. You should have a plan for your entire week. It all helps you to be better prepared for completing all your tasks.
Imagine if your company just played it by ear or left it up to chance when completing payroll? Do you think your check being on time or being late is important? Lets see, you show up to work on time, you do your work, and even go above and beyond to help your team. When pay time comes, you get an apology letter or email stating that you will not receive your pay for another 10 days. How does this affect you?
Make it a great day and give it everything you have since all your steps will add up to your success.
You are worth it. Do you believe it? Your belief determines your altitude. How high do you want to fly?
“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” - Benjamin Franklin
“As a leader, parent, or friend - don't let someone's poor attitude and poor performance hinder your commitment to holding them to higher standards. You don't need to make the person 'wrong' for the way they're behaving, simply point out that the behavior is ineffective.” - Hal Elrod
