High Knees 60 seconds
Mountain Climbers 60 seconds
Rest 90 seconds

Lunge Twist 40 seconds
Weighted Glute Bridge 40 seconds
Rest 20 seconds
Plank Push Ups 40 seconds
Renegade Rows 40 seconds
Rest 20 seconds
DB Shoulder Press 40 seconds
DB Overhead Squats 40 seconds
Rest 20 seconds
Dips 40 seconds
DB Biceps Curls 40 seconds
Rest 20 seconds
Turkish Get Ups 40 seconds (L)
Turkish Get Ups 40 seconds (R)
Rest 20 seconds
Jacknife 40 seconds
Plank Jacks 40 seconds
Rest 20 seconds
Repeat for 2-3 rounds
