1. Make sure you are cleared by your Dr. to exercise


2. Exercise at your own risk/pace

3. Be responsible when going outside by following CDC/Government Guidelines


Daily habits allow you to achieve your goals!


Warm Up

Jogging 10 minutes

Jumping Jacks 60 seconds

High Knees 60 seconds

Mountain Climbers 60 seconds

Rest 90 seconds

Fitness Matters

Lunge Twist 40 seconds

Weighted Glute Bridge 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Plank Push Ups 40 seconds

Renegade Rows 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

DB Shoulder Press 40 seconds

DB Overhead Squats 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Dips 40 seconds

DB Biceps Curls 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Turkish Get Ups 40 seconds (L)

Turkish Get Ups 40 seconds (R)

Rest 20 seconds

Jacknife 40 seconds

Plank Jacks 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Repeat for 2-3 rounds

Cool Down and Stretch

Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
