Lets get this done! Push YOURSELF! Here is a quick workout to help boost your energy! 1. Make sure you are cleared by your Dr. to exercise 2. Exercise at your own risk/pace 3. Be responsible when going outside by following CDC/Government Guidelines Daily habits allow you to achieve your goals!
Warm Up Jogging 20 minutes Front Squats 3 x 8 Barbell RDL's 3 x 10 Barbell Shrugs 3 x 10 Bent Over Barbell Rows 3 x 10 Floor Press 3 x 10 Barbell Push Press 3 x 10 Barbell Overhead Triceps Extensions 3 x 10 Barbell Biceps Curls 3 x 10 Rest 60 seconds between sets Jogging 10 minutes Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
