7 minute Cycle at 40 rpm

Pedal Power

Jumping Jacks 45 seconds

Leg Raises 45 seconds

Reverse Crunches 45 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

3 minute Cycle at 45 rpm

Jumping Jacks 45 seconds

Leg Raises 45 seconds

Reverse Crunches 45 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

3 minute Cycle at 50 rpm

Jumping Jacks 45 seconds

Leg Raises 45 seconds

Reverse Crunches 45 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

3 minute Cycle at 55 rpm

DB Squat Thrusts 3 x 10

DB RDL's 3 x 10

Rest 60 seconds

3 minute Cycle at 60 rpm

DB Shoulder Presses 3 x 10

DB Renegade Rows 3 x 10

Rest 60 seconds

3 minute Cycle at 65 rpm

DB Kickbacks 3 x 10

DB Alternating Biceps Curls 3 x 10

Rest 60 seconds

Cool Down and Stretch
