3 minute Cycle at 45 rpm
Jumping Jacks 45 seconds
Leg Raises 45 seconds
Reverse Crunches 45 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
3 minute Cycle at 50 rpm
Jumping Jacks 45 seconds

DB Squat Thrusts 3 x 10
