“Always do what you are afraid of doing.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think!” – Albert Einstein

March is moving right along and we are dealing with this pandemic still. How are you feeling overall? How are you doing on your goals? Where do you see yourself in the next 3 months?

If you have been looking for information to continue making positive changes in your life make sure you follow these steps.

A- Choose Wisely

B- Build The New Habit into Your  Daily Schedule

C- Have a Support System

D- Use Goals and Rewards

E- Check In With Yourself to Be Sure You're On The Right Track.

Lets dive a deeper into what this all means.

When you are choosing what to change make sure it is something that matches your lifestyle and personality. If you pick something else it may never take root because it is not attainable.

Everyday you choose the things that you want to accomplish. For example, if you really want to lose weight, make sure you decide what you are going to be eating/drinking for the day. Write it down. By you having a plan you have more structure in your day. Your chances of success increase tremendously.

People sometimes work better in a group so having a friend to hold you accountable can help you make better decisions. If you work better alone, create a journal that you can write down what you are doing and feeling. This will help you stay on track.

Reward yourself for your wins with something that brings you pleasure. This is very important to help you continue on your journey. Celebrate your wins and learn from your losses.

“Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.” – Napoleon Hill

Self reflection is a great way to look at your current status and decide what needs to improve or stay the same. Be sure to use constructive criticism and not beat yourself for this things that you need to improve. Changing your life is not easy because you are breaking habits that you have followed for a long time.

Today is another day to grow. Be all that you can be and Make IT A Great Day!
