If you are on a weight loss journey, now is the best time to take the necessary steps to drop it.
Do you have to go on a crash diet?
No!
You will have to make changes and face the fact that what you did in the past helped you gain your extra weight.
Do you have to give up all the "bad" foods?
No!
What is considered a "bad" food and why? Food in its natural form is not "bad." It is what we do to the food that can make is less nutritious to us. For example, an apple from a tree is general good as long as no pesticides where used in the process from planting to harvesting it. That apple eaten raw is much better for you than an apple pie loaded with flour, sugar, artificial flavors, and other additives to make it a delicious apple pie. Does this mean an apple pie is bad for you? No, it just means that you get more quality nutrients from the raw apple compared to the apple pie slice. More calories come from the apple pie slice, while more fiber comes from the raw apple.
As you continue on your weight loss journey, continue to chose wisely your foods and understand that you do not have to deprive yourself to be successful.
You do need to be accountable to yourself for your eating habits and work towards daily success.
