What a great month so far, right? That is what I tell myself even though I am facing some challenges that are forcing me to grow daily. I am experiencing growing pains and doing my best to learn the lessons. Remaining focus and positive are important for me to overcome these challenges. These are a steps that I take to do better each day.
What You Say Shapes Your Thoughts
Simple changes in your language can change the way you think and how you act. Whenever someone greets you and asks how you’re doing, what do you respond with? Answer with "awesome, fantastic, or great" and see how it will boost your mood and the person receiving your answer.
Begin Your Day With Authority
Create a morning plan that reinforces how great life is and how happy you are to be alive. Find what works for you such as music, a mantra, and meditation/prayer.
Your Reality is Chosen by You
How do you react to the world? When something happens, you get to choose whether it’s a positive or negative experience and react accordingly. Getting into a car accident may be a disaster or it might be the opportunity for brighter things… you choose what it will mean to you.
Exercise Does Your Body Good
Exercise is a great way to maintain a positive attitude because of all the positive chemicals it releases into the blood stream. I exercise in the morning and feel energized throughout the day.
Fill Your Mind with Positivity
With all the drama and negative events happening during the Covid-19 situation, many books, podcasts, and videos are available to provide inspiring information from people that are successful and living their best life. Use their positive emotions and experience to learn how they think and create the life they want. Positivity is available daily.
