Swiss Ball Wall Squats 12 reps DB RDL's 12 reps Renegade Rows 12 reps DB Shrugs 12 reps DB Shoulder Press 12 reps Rest 75 seconds Swiss Ball Leg Curls 12 reps DB Walking Lunges 12 reps (L/R) Upright Rows 12 reps DB Kickbacks 12 reps DB Alternating Biceps Curls 12 reps Rest 75 seconds Standing Toe Touches 45 seconds Standing Side Bends 45 seconds (L/R) Swiss Ball Russian Twists 45 seconds Swiss Ball Pike 45 seconds Rest 75 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
