WOW! Another Friday/weekend is here. The temperature is extremely high so make sure you are staying hydrated. Heat Stroke is real so protect yourself when you are outside. Wearing a mask and sweating are not the best combination so be mindful of the type of mask you wear and how often you may need to change it. Here are a few points to remember about dehydration. -It can be something simple like bad breathe to something dangerous like heat stroke. -Mild dehydration is present in many people and they do not even know it. -Fatigue, headaches, thirst, and dizziness are all symptoms of it. -It can effect your mood and a new study found that dehydrated drivers made as many driving errors as drunk drivers. So, continue to follow our government/CDC guidelines and keep sipping fluids periodically throughout the day. Take care of your body since you only have one on this earth. Make it a fantastic day! Have a great weekend! Respectfully, James Henderson Source: Dr. Michael Smith, Effects of Dehydration, WebMD PS: I have many hydration formulas to go along with your water.
