What a great day it is today! Why, because we are alive and well. I looked at the news and saw all the coronavirus new cases. I feel for the people who are infected and hope they get well soon. We have to continue to take care of ourselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. Time to take yourself to new levels. Go higher then you have in the past so that you can reach new areas in all parts of your life. Remember to read, meditate, pray, eat/drink healthy foods, stay active, stay in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can lift you up when you are down. Do not allow people to pull you down. Make sure you are lifting people us instead of pulling them down too. Protect your positive energy so you can lift someone else up.
