Happy July! Welcome to July 1st, the beginning of the 7th month in 2020. We are blessed to be alive even though we have all the issues around us. I hope you are as thankful as I am. So what do we do now? The CDC/government is starting to close areas again because of more Covid-19 cases rising. Make sure you continue to stay as safe as possible. Each day we get new stories and all have to make the best decisions possible. Continue to take care of your mental, physical, and spiritual health as we move into this month. Remember to read, meditate, pray, eat/drink healthy foods, stay active, stay in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can lift you up when you are down. Then, make sure you lift someone else up if that person is down. That is how we help ourselves and others during this pandemic. Here is a quick workout that you can complete! 1. Make sure you are cleared by your Dr. to exercise
