Fitness Matters

Happy Wednesday! How are you today? I hope your week has been going the way you planned it. Make sure you control your attitude and seek the best outcomes daily. The gyms are open with specific guidelines so continue to follow the latest government/CDC guidelines if you are using the facilities. Remember to stay hydrated, stay active, keep in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can lift you up when you are down. Need to be challenged right now? Warm Up Treadmill 15 minutes or Elliptical Trainer 15 minutes Push Through Your Limits (Rest 30 seconds between sets) Lat Pulldowns 3 sets 12 reps Barbell Incline Bench Press 3 sets 12 reps Barbell Shoulder Press 3 sets 12 reps Barbell Shrugs 3 sets 12 reps Treadmill 10 minutes or Elliptical Trainer 10 minutes (Rest 30 seconds between sets) Barbell Walking Lunges 3 sets 12 reps Seated Rows 3 sets 12 reps Barbell RDL's 3 sets 12 reps Barbell Hip Thrust 3 sets 12 reps Barbell Biceps Curls 3 sets 12 reps Close Grip Bench Press 3 sets 12 reps (Rest 30 seconds between sets) Ab Crunches 3 sets 20 reps Leg Raises 3 sets 20 reps Inchworm Planks 3 sets 20 yards Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
