Fitness Matters

How are you doing this week? It is another week of sheltering in place due to Covd-19. Places are starting to open up so make sure that you follow what the government/CDC decides.

Make sure you are not getting depressed. Keep active, keep in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can help you.

Make sure you are getting your exercises completed.
