It's the middle of the week and we are in June. Summer is just around the corner and depending on what the CDC/government decide, we still may be inside sheltering in place. Whatever happens remember that you still need to get your exercises completed and also eat appropriate foods to keep you healthy and energetic. Make sure you are not getting depressed. Keep active, keep in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can help you. Make sure you are getting your exercises completed.
