Happy Friday! Well the weather report says that the temp will be in the high 90's and in certain areas close to 100's. How are you handling the heat? It has been another challenging week especially if you have been watching the news. Make sure you are not getting depressed. Keep active, keep in contact with friends and family, and talk to those people that can help you. Make sure you are getting your exercises completed.
