Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Did you get outside for a few moments and let the sun shine on you? Did you go shopping for food and other items so that you are able to continue in this lockdown? What are you doing to keep your sanity? It has been shown in various studies that exercise helps in improving brain function, lowering stress, lowering blood pressure, and releasing endorphins. Make sure you are getting your exercises completing. Need help getting started, I am here to help. Need to be challenged right now? Complete the workout below. Enjoy the journey! 1. Warm Up Jumping Rope 60 seconds Plank 45 seconds Jumping Rope 70 seconds Plank 45 seconds Jumping Rope 80 seconds Plank 45 seconds Jumping Rope 90 seconds Plank 45 seconds Rest 90 seconds Go For It Mountain Climbers 45 seconds Rest 60 seconds Leg Raises 45 seconds Rest 60 seconds Ab Crunches 45 seconds Rest 60 seconds Side Plank 45 seconds (left) Side Plank 45 seconds (right) Rest 60 seconds Repeat for 2 more rounds Glute Bridges 15 reps each leg Single Leg RDL's 15 reps each leg Frog Pumps 20 reps 1 Arm Rows (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 15 reps each side Push Ups 15 reps 1 Arm Lateral Raises (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 15 reps each side 1 Arm Shoulder Press (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 15 reps each side Walking Lunges 15 reps each leg Rest 3 minutes Repeat for 2-4 rounds Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
