How was your weekend? Did you see the news? Wow! There are a lot of things going on in our world that we cannot control. It is out of our hands. What you can control is how you respond to it. Everyday is a blessing to be alive considering the reports of death from this virus. Instead of be down and out make sure you find the positives in your day. If you are feeling down, here is a challenge that may help you get into a different state of mind! Enjoy the journey! 1. Make sure you are cleared by your Dr. to exercise

Warm Up

Jog around the block of your home or Jog around your apartment complex 10 Burpees Mountain Climbers 30 seconds 10 Burpees Mountain Climbers 30 seconds Rest 90 seconds Fit Body Planks 45 seconds Side Planks 45 seconds (right) Side Planks 45 seconds (left) Leg Raises 45 seconds Ab crunches 45 seconds Rest 60 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Glute Bridges 10 reps each leg Single Leg RDL's 10 reps each leg Frog Pumps 10 reps Push Ups 10 reps Bent Over Rows 10 reps (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles or something heavier) `Shoulder Press 10 reps (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles or something heavier) Overhead Triceps Extensions 10 reps Biceps Curls 10 reps 10 Burpees Rest 120 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Add 2 reps on each exercise per round Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
