Fitness Matters

Wow! We are in a really extreme time in our nation right now. Many issues need to be resolved immediately. One thing you can control is your response to what is happening. Make sure you continue to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually! I am here to help! Daily habits allow you to move closer to your goals! Keep focused on your priorities.

(Be responsible and make sure you are cleared by your Dr. to exercise.)

Warm Up Jog in place 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Burpees 30 seconds Rest 30 seconds Jog in place 45 seconds Jumping Jacks 45 seconds Burpees 45 seconds Rest 45 seconds Jog in place 60 seconds Jumping Jacks 60 seconds Burpees 60 seconds Rest 60 seconds Fitness Matters Side Planks 45 seconds (right) Side Planks 45 seconds (left) V-sits 30 reps Windshield wipers 30 reps Rest 60 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Curtsy Lunge 15 reps each leg Single Leg RDL's 15 reps each leg Push Ups 15 reps (feet elevated) Glute Bridges 15 reps each leg 1 Arm Rows (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 15 reps each side `1 Arm Shoulder Press (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 15 reps each side Close Grip Push Ups 15 reps Hammer Curls 15 reps Rest 120 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Jog around living room/backyard (whichever is bigger with more space to jog) 6 laps Rest 120 seconds Repeat 2-3 rounds Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
