Warm Up Jog in Place 30 seconds Plank 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Plank 30 seconds Jog in Place 30 seconds Plank 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Plank 30 seconds Rest 90 seconds Go For It 10 Vertical Jumps Rest 60 seconds 20 Ice Skaters Rest 60 seconds Repeat for 2 more rounds Reverse Lunges 10 reps each leg Glute Bridges 10 reps each leg 1 Arm Rows (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 10 reps each side 1 Arm Upright Rows (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 10 reps each side 1 Arm Shoulder Press (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 10 reps each side Push Ups 10 reps Rest 3 minutes Repeat for 2-4 rounds Ab Crunches 30 seconds Side Plank 30 seconds (left) Leg Raises 30 seconds Side Plank 30 seconds (right) Rest 90 seconds Repeat for 2-4 rounds Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
