Turkish Get Ups 12 reps each side Front Squats 12 reps Push Ups 12 reps (feet elevated) Suit Cases 30 seconds Shoulder Press 12 reps (1 Gallon milk/water bottle) Upright Rows 12 reps Crunches 30 seconds Single Arm Rows 12 reps (1 Gallon milk/water bottle) Glute Bridges 12 reps each side Plank 30 seconds Close Grip Push Ups 12 reps Side Plank 30 seconds (right and left side) Bicep Curls 10 reps (use cans/bottles) Rest 3 minutes
