Warm Up Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Burpees 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Burpees 30 seconds Mountain Climbers 30 seconds Rest 90 seconds Go For It 10 Vertical Jumps Rest 30 seconds Push Ups 3 sets 10-15 reps Lunges 3 sets 10-15 reps 1 Arm Row (use 1 gallon water/milk bottles) 3 sets 10-15 reps Shoulder Presses (use soup cans/bottles) 3 sets 10-15 reps BW Dips (use edge of chair) 3 sets 10-15 reps Biceps Curls (use cans/bottles) 3 sets 10-15 reps Crunches 30 reps Leg Raises 30 reps Windshield Wipers 30 reps Rest 60 seconds Repeat for 2 rounds Cool Down and Stretch Full Body Stretch from Head to Toes
