Happy Monday!
I had an awesome and exciting weekend full of blessings! How was yours? We are heading into the last days of February! How are you doing with your New Years Resolutions? Did you complete your goals or put them on the back burner? Where ever you are in your journey, if you are not satisfied, make sure you continue to take the necessary steps for success. Own the fact that if you fell off the horse, it is time to get back on and ride. Do not spend too much energy on being down or hard on yourself because you failed. Failing is part of the journey. Think about a baby that is working on the process of learning to walk. There are steps that the baby goes through during the first year of life. Imaging if that baby gave up after he/she could not hold his/her head steady? Imagine if he/she could only roll to the left side and gave up. Imagine if the baby fell down once he/she made it up on his/her hands and knees. Would this baby be able to walk? No, probably not, why, because the vital steps where given up on when adversity came. He/she unfortunately did not build stamina, no problems solving skills, and no balance/coordination. Fail forward my friend! Your future is waiting! By: James Henderson
