Have you completed your assessment of your progress after the last 6 months of 2019? If you have, are you proud of what you have been able to accomplish?

I spent some time reflected and I am proud of what I have done thus far. I still know that I have major room for improvement in many areas of my life. Do you know that for some people the hardest thing to do is to take a hard look at themselves? I used to have that problem and I am so glad that I was able to overcome that. Did you know that constructive criticism is also difficult for some people to hear? I remember many times when I would use my defense mechanism to protect myself from the critics instead of actually listening to what was being shared. I am glad I got over that because I see how listening to criticism has helped me grow over many years of my life.

So, as you continue to move forward in your life, stop and reflect on where you are at and also on where you are going. What changes need to be made in order for you to elevate yourself to a higher place? Are you willing to take the necessary steps?
