Progression

How are your progressions coming? Each day you must take steps to get closer or achieve your goals. It is very important that you take time to measure your success. Once you see your success you must celebrate the small victories. For example, this past week you consistently completed each of your workouts and drink 64 - 90 oz of water each day. What do you like to do? How would you celebrate this?

It may not seem like much, however, this is a huge accomplishment because you are setting up patterns. You are setting up positive habits that you will follow. Have you ever driven past a construction site and actually paid attention to what they are doing? I have been watching a lot of the construction that is happening on the I-5 fwy. I remember the old building that was demolished. I remember the foundation for the new building being created. I remember the framework going up and those huge cranes hoisting up materials. Each time I drove by I saw the progress on the building. It is not completed yet however they have made tremendous changes in just a few months. This is exactly how your life should be. You should be making progress no matter how big or small. Make sure you are focused on moving forward always. By: James Henderson
