Happy Thursday!
Did you know?
You cannot exercise and expect to maximize your success with an unhealthy menu plan. I know people that exercise so they can eat whatever they want. I am not here to judge, just let you know that moderation (portion control) is key in order for you to reach your goal. How many foods are truly bad for us? Is it the food that is bad or is it how it is prepared and served. Think about that. If certain foods were bad for us, why would the FDA approve it to be sold and consumed by us? Each day we make choices on what we are going to eat and drink. We have total control of what we put in our mouths. The moment you realize that your success in your hands, the easier it will become to move forward. Choices, choices, and more choices!
Do this just apply to food/drink and exercise? No, this applies to everything else in your life too. It is Thursday and the weekend is close. Are you still working hard towards your goals or are you planning for your good time over the weekend? Are you making reservations or are you maximizing your Thursday to squeeze the most out of it. You see, you have control over your actions. Choose wisely my friends.
