Happy Monday! Wow! Did you see that Superbowl game yesterday? It was a battle of the minds making adjustments to gain the edge for success. Congrats to the New England Patriots on their victory! We are in the 4th day of a new month. How do you feel about the goals you set for yourself this year? Have the results in January driven you to persevere or to give up? Just a reminder:
Definition of persevere- to persist in a state, enterprise, or undertaking in spite of counterinfluences, opposition, or discouragement
Whatever you have begun is important to you and must be completed. It may look like nothing is happening; however, you did not start moving towards your goals to just give up, right? Make sure you are starting this week with energy, focus, and direction to drive you towards your goals. Your belief in what you are able to accomplish is tremendous for you seeing success in the areas of your life you are improving. You are in the position to win if you do not give up. Keep moving forward no matter how discouraged you may be.
