Happy Thursday!

I hope you enjoyed that workout that I shared yesterday. It was designed to challenge you to travel further than you are used too. That leads me into the topic of creating habits that will lead to your success. So how long does it take to form a habit? The research I found shows that 18-21 days is the approximate time to form a new habit. There are many variables that can change this number. Do you think this is an accurate number of days needed? Think about where you are on day 24 of this month. Have you formed a new habit(s) during this time?
