Happy MONDAY!

How was your weekend? Welcome to your new week filled with opportunities.

Change is good!

Why is change so hard to do? That is the topic over the next 2 hours. Ha, ha, just joking. It will not take you 2 hours to finish this read. Yes, we could dive into change for 2 + hours just not today.

So, back to my question, why is change so hard to do? I believe change is hard because we are comfortable with whatever we are doing. Say, for example you are working on losing weight, cut back or quit drinking, quit partying all night long, and stop using profanity. What holds you back from being successful? That any is an individual response and I will share why I think it is so hard.

Losing weight is a huge challenge. Just look at the latest reports on obesity. We as a nation are getting larger and it is crippling society. Why do you overeat? Why don't you participate in a exercise program or group workout so you can have a support group? We all have the ability to take care of our bodies.

Have you ever looked at how you treat your car? Usually you take it in for routine oil changes and tire care. You make sure it is clean both inside and outside. You drive it within its design. All these things to take care of your car, yet you give your body empty calories, high saturated fats, sugar, and alcohol. This does not apply to everyone. If you are reading this just remember that changing your lifestyle will help you become more healthy and who doesn't want that. .

Happy Monday!
