"Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence." - Colin Powell
How do you feel today? You are probably a little sore if you completed yesterday's workout. You did it, right? If not, you still have today or even until the next workout is presented. Each one is designed to challenge you. They are designed to get you results. You may have to modify them if that are too easy or hard. The key is that you are doing activities that are bringing results.

Results are all around us. They are an important part of life and you determine how much. Let me explain what I mean. For example, it you are in an entry level position at work, your efforts to excel in your current position will directly result in your ability to move upward or get promoted. Let's forget about office politics and seniority for a moment, and look at your effort. If you are dominating at your position, the management team will notice you. If you are meeting your quotas, or whatever task you are assigned to is being completed with precision, you will get noticed. Your effort is will help you yield results. This is just an example in a work situation. What about in your health and fitness journey. Results are available to those who want to put forth effort. Do you have high stress levels? Well make an effort to do things that are not as stressful or find healthy ways to relieve your stress. Do you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes? Well eat the correct foods that are not filled with high sodium, high fat, and high sugar. When you look at it from the most basic perspective it seems easy. The reason why it becomes hard is because of the amount of effort you put forth to getting the best result. "Great achievement is usually born of great sacrifice, and is never the result of selfishness." - Napoleon Hill

If you followed the NBA Finals, the effort by one athlete was tremendous, yet it was not enough to get the desired result. That athlete needed greater effort from the other 4 on court with him to win. Sometimes in the journey of life, whether you are an athlete or not, you will need to work with others and put your efforts together to get the desired results. Take a look at your life and see if your efforts are yielding the best results today. If not, make sure you find ways to adjust and succeed.
