Today is the day that you make more progress. Last Monday's gone, today's a new day for you to perform even better than you did last week. What is it that you want to accomplish? Last night, should have been the time that you plan your week. It's always best to get the hardest items done early in the morning.
Why do I say this? Typically, you're going to sleep during the night unless you have a job or work that you do overnight. So when you wake up in the morning you are usually the freshest and have the most energy. This way you can dedicate more energy and focus on what you need to get accomplished.
Finally, you have to make sure you are getting the proper amount of rest. Sleep is really important for your body to recuperate. Sleep helps you function during your everyday tasks because your body is refreshed. Make sure you spend less time looking at what's called Blue Light which comes from cell phones, tablets, and television before you go to sleep. If you need to read or view something, do it before you get into bed. If you need to read something, grab a book to read in bed. Make sure you are getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep. This is not for everyone because some people need more or less. Find your proper amount and build a system for your success.
