You made it to see Monday and have the opportunity to pursue your dreams and goals. Monday is always a great day to implement ideas that may have come to you over the weekend. Polyunsaturated fat is in corn, cotton seed, and safflower oils, sunflower oil, flaxseed, and soybean oil. Use less fat and oil recipes.
