What a great opportunity to move another step closer to achieving your goals. How did you do on Monday? Did you make progress? Did you consider the suggestions i made in regards to controlling calories? Tuesday, for some, is considered the day before humpday. hHmpday for some is Wednesday, the middle of the week right before the weekend comes. Some people live for the weekend. To those that are after something major in their lives, humpday is no concern. You see everyday matters to this person because everyday is an opportunity to get results. Time waits for no one, so maximize your Tuesday. You will never see this day again.

Today is a great day to look at some habits. A. Missing Sleep Did you know that this can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and depression. It is important to set a regular sleep routine and stay consistent. Approximately 7=8 hours is a great number to attain per night. B. Blue Light This is the light given off by electronics such as phones, computers, and TVs. Some studies have shown that too much of this nighttime light may be linked to cancer, diabetes, obesity, and heart disease. Open up a book and read before sleep. Keep your bedroom dark and quiet for a better nights sleep. C. Sitting Around Most Americans spend too much time in chairs. Some workplaces require long periods of sitting behind a computer. This will cause your metabolism to slow down, and possibly heart disease. D. Gulp It Down Men who have more that 14 alcoholic beverages a week, women who have more than 7 alcoholic beverages a week are more likely to have kidney disease, liver disease, digestive issues, heart problems, bone damage, and even some cancers. Studies have shown that moderate drinking up to a drink a day for women and two a day for men could possibly lower your chances of certain heart conditions. Reference:
