I hope you had a fantastic Monday and were able to be productive. Wow, the month of March is almost over and we are moving into April. Can you believe that 90 days in the new year have almost been completed? Time waits for no one, so whatever goals you are hesitating on completing must be addressed. Before you know it, 2018 will be over and you will be in the same place that you didn't want to be in.

It is important to set a goal and visualize it down to the most minute detail. The key is to see it, feel it, and hear the sounds that accompany the end result. Why do you want to accomplish the goal? Make sure you ground yourself and keep yourself away from distractions. Write your list with a pen because studies have shown that we engage more brain activity in the process. Piece by piece you must chip away at the goal. Break it down into realistic steps and only do one at a time. Neuroscience tell us that each small success triggers the brain's rewards center. Dopamine is released and it helps us focus our concentration and inspires us to take another step. Steve Jobs embodied this brilliantly. He once told an interviewer: “I think most people that are able to make a sustained contribution over time, rather than just a peak, are very internally driven. You have to be. Because people's opinions and of fads, there are going to be times when you are criticized, and criticism's very difficult.
