Better Days Ahead

We have made it towards the end of this week. It has been a week of challenges, right? Well maybe you do not have challenges, you have situations that you overcome because you find the good in everything. It is amazing how things get better just based on the way you perceive them. There is so much power in positive thinking. It is life changing. You experience happy feelings. Your eyes light up, you have more energy, and your aura broadcasts good will. Your health is affected and you walk, talk, and speak in an exciting powerful manner. Did you know positive and negative thinking are contagious? Think about it, when do you like to be around negative people? Usually this is when you are feeling negative. Misery loves company is an old saying. Make sure you are around more positive then negative people. People are more inclined to help you when you are positive. When you encounter someone that is negative they usually have negative words, attitudes, moods, and behavior. With these people poisons are released into their blood which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This leads to failure, frustration, and disappointment. Changing your attitude is not going to happen instantly. There is a process required. Here are some options: 1. Read about positive thinking, its benefits, and try it yourself. 2. Block out and/or ignore what other people say or think about you if they see that you are changing the way you think and are not supportive. 3. Use your imagination to visualize you having successful interactions. 4. Use positive words in your inner dialogues or when talking with others. 5. Smile more because this helps you think positively. 6. When a negative thought enters your mind, be aware of it, and find a constructive replacement thought. Persistence will eventually teach your mind to think positively. 7. Keep your mind focused on good thoughts when you experience inner resistance and difficulties with your negative thoughts. 8. Regardless of your circumstances at the present moment, think positive, expect favorable results, and circumstances will change accordingly. 9.
