Loves is in the air and cupid is out with his arrow. The great thing about today is that you get to share a little something special with that special person in your life. It can be giant and extravagant or small and heart warming. You decide. Today's workout is designed to be a partner workout so team up and burn some calories together.

(Make sure you are cleared for exercise by your Dr.)

Warm Up

Complete each activity with no rest between

Jog 100 yards

10 Jumping Jacks

High Knees 30 seconds

15 Jumping Jacks

Plank High 5’s 30 seconds (give each other high 5’s alternating hands)

Sit Ups 20 reps (face each other, smack hands at the top off the movement)
