Thank you for all of your support and taking time to read the info that I send out. I greatly appreciate you. In addition, I just wanted to thank you for trusting me with your fitness and health goals.

Today's topic is focusing on weight loss. I have been reading about people who have lost huge amounts of weight and put together some information that may help you or someone you know who is on a weight loss journey.

They are not in any particular order so you can decide which one is priority for you.

-Surround yourself with positive people that will help you on your journey. They lift you up and also hold you accountable.

-Do not lie to yourself. Lying to yourself or anyone else is not going to make your weight loss happen any faster.

-Stay active, stay hydrated, and nourished. These will help you burn up calories, control your appetite, and keep your body full of vital vitamins and minerals.

-It is a lifestyle choice not a diet. Keep in mind this is a decision to lose weight. A diet is a short term fix to get rapid results. A diet is not sustainable long term so that is why some people go through a yo yo period of weight loss to weight gain. Up and down, the cycle of temporary success.

-Make sure you are eating clean foods instead of fast foods that may not be as healthy. Knowing how many calories you need per day will definitely help you with eating the correct portion sizes. This will keep your calories balanced throughout the day. Your liquid calories matter so watch them and stay within your caloric goals.

-Track your workouts because that way you know how many calories you are burning up per session. Plus you can make adjustments when necessary to offset any overconsumption.

These are ways to make sure you are on track for your weight loss goals. Take each one seriously because your success can be hindered or improved just with a small adjustment.

Have a wonderful Thursday and continue to pursue it. Success is there for you, you just have to work for it!

I am available for training and/or nutritional supplementation to further assist you.
