It has been a great week, right? How are you doing overall in life, not just your health and fitness or your professional life?
I get caught up in this too, which is not taking time to appreciate everything that's happening in my life. The positive great times and the challenging not-so-good times that all benefit my journey of life. Keep that in mind as you go through the rest of the day and the rest of this week. (Make sure you are cleared by your Dr. for exercise)
Now let's burn some calories! Warm Up (complete all exercises with no rest between) Jogging 3 minutes High Knees 30 seconds Jumping Jacks 30 seconds Rest 60 seconds, repeat for 2 rounds Core (complete all exercises with no rest between) Plank Jacks 30 seconds Leg Raises 30 seconds Windshield wipers 30 seconds Side Plank - Left- 20 seconds Side Plank - Right - 20 seconds Rest 90 seconds, repeat for 2 more rounds Burner 10 reps DB Front Squats to 10 reps DB Shoulder Press Burpees 5 reps Rest 45 seconds 10 reps DB Bench Press to 10 reps 1 Arm DB Rows (10 reps each arm for Rows) Burpees 6 reps Rest 45 seconds 10 reps DB RDL's to 10 reps DB Upright Rows Burpees 7 reps Reset 45 seconds 10 reps DB Overhead Triceps Extension to 10 reps DB Biceps Curl Burpees 8 reps Rest 90 seconds Repeat for 2 or 3 rounds Cool Down & Stretch Complete stretch from head to toes
