Moving forward is the perfect thing to do today. What is on your agenda? Have you stuck to your plan for the week? Make sure you have added this into your daily calendar. Attack the challenging first Do not give your brain over to trivial tasks. Keep focused on the difficult and challenging first. Dedicate the first 2 hours of your day to your most important tasks. Delegate You do not have to do everything yourself. Delegating and outsourcing go with productivity. What can you stop doing? Start small, see what works, and then add more if it makes sense.
