Happy Thursday!

I hope you enjoyed that workout and burned a lot of calories yesterday. Since it's the beginning of the year, some of you may have goals on earning greater income this year. That is a fantastic goal just remember that health equals wealth.

What I mean by that is make sure you are consistently improving your health just as you are consistently increasing your bank account/net worth. It's a great thing to work hard and make a lot of money; however, what price are you willing to pay? Let's say you're making thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars per month yet you have no free time, you work long hours, you're stressed , you don't exercise very much, and your eating habits are poor.

How do you expect to be able to work day in and day out living this type of lifestyle? Keep in mind if the price you're willing to pay is losing your health you most likely will be using your wealth to correct the damage you caused to your body. You may be using your wealth to keep yourself alive because of complications that come along with living that type of lifestyle.

Make sure you have your priorities in place so that you don't neglect your health and can continue pursuing your dreams and goals plus make a lot of money. Work/life balance is not that hard to accomplish when you look at what you truly want and need in your life.

To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him. - Buddha

All the money in the world can't buy you back good health. - Reba McEntire Our greatest happiness does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed us, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits. -Thomas Jefferson
